Welcome back to your One Salon! We have missed you. We are excited to have you back in our chairs.
Due to the limitations and concerns associated with COVID-19, please note the following procedural changes in order to facilitate a safe environment for you, and our staff.
We sincerely thank you for your patience and cooperation.
Customers who had previously scheduled appointments who were affected by the lock down will be contacted and rescheduled first. If you had an appointment and have not been contacted, please call us and we will accommodate a time for you
NEW APPOINTMENT BOOKINGS:
At this time, we are booking new appointments. As we mentioned, those who had appointments impacted by lock down have now been contacted. So if your looking for a appointment, you can call us anytime now and we can accommodate now.
When booking, you will be asked a series of questions about your hair- this will allow us to appropriately book you in, please let us know if you have done anything to your hair since your last visit, in regard to home colouring or cutting.
Your appointment booking will need to be punctual with arriving 10 minutes early in order to accommodate you and your service, as safely as possible.
Temporarily: There is a NO hair washing* and NO blow drying policy in place. Therefore, we ask that you wash your hair at home- clean of any products for cuts. *We will of course wash hair at the end of colour services.
Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to assist us in a smooth entry and exit of our guests.
Our entrance door will be locked to control the amount of people in our salon. Call us at (519) 650-4200 we will direct you on when to come in.
A face covering or mask (that is secured around your ears) is to be worn at all times in the salon. If you will be receiving a color service, bring an extra one for after your colour service is complete. Should you not bring one, we will provide you with one for a small fee.
Upon entry, please wash your hands, then sign our waiver at the front desk.
Please maintain a 2 metre distance when possible.
Our reception area has been outfitted to reduce risk:
You will see a plexiglass shield around our front desk
There is no waiting area. That means, if you are accompanying someone who has a hair appointment, drop them off. You will be called when they are ready to leave.
Refreshments will not be served
There are no magazines
Refrain from touching products; ask us for assistance if you are interested in any hair products on our shelves, and we will be happy to assist.
Please only bring with you what you personally need for your visit , to help avoid touching surfaces with personal belongings.
Changes during your service:
We ask that you limit conversation to help avoid possible spread of the virus. We will not be talking when your stylist is working closely to your face (i.e. hair washing, working in front of you, etc.)
All tools are cleaned and sanitized before each guest
Freshly laundered capes and towels are provided for each guest
As a result of the extensive sanitation protocols that we are implementing, services may be modified to ensure that appropriate sanitation protocols are followed within your appointment time
At the end of your service, please wash your hands and promptly exit so that the next person can safely enter the salon.
